Taking my cleaning business to the next level means investing in myself, my skills and my professional development. Unlike many cleaners, I am actually qualified to do the job. I work very hard and constantly strive to be the best I can be with continuous learning and growth to level up my business knowledge. As well as qualifications in business and customer service, I hold a British Cleaning Certification Award (BCCA) qualification - the 'gold standard' professional diploma in cleaning education. I have also completed numerous other cleaning and housekeeping related training courses, covering everything from carpet care to floristry. Each course fuels my motivation and equips me with new strategies to elevate my work. I am also COSHH trained and first aid/CPR trained. I am also an affiliate member of several trade associations giving me access to exemplary training, product guidance and any recent changes to industry standards/trends and health and safety guidelines. It ensures that I am up to date and knowledgeable when cleaning within your home or business. Being a member of trade associations also allows me to network with likeminded professionals who share the same passion for excellence in cleaning. I set the bar high and then aim higher.
