Taking my cleaning business to the next level means continuously investing in myself, my skills and my professional development. Unlike many cleaners, I am actually qualified for the job. I work hard and always strive to be the best I can be, constantly learning and growing to enhance my business knowledge. In addition to my qualifications in business and customer service, I hold a British Cleaning Certification Award (BCCA), which is the 'gold standard' diploma in professional cleaning education, representing dedicated and well informed cleaners across the UK.
I have also completed additional training courses on a range of topics including housekeeping, fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, healthcare cleaning, decontamination, carpet care, chemical safety, waste management and biohazard cleaning. Each course motivates me further and equips me with fresh strategies to elevate my work. On top of that, I am COSHH trained and hold first aid/AED/CPR certification.
As an affiliate member of several trade associations, I have access to top-tier training, product guidance and the latest updates on industry standards, trends and health and safety regulations. This ensures I am always up to date and fully informed when cleaning your home or business. Being part of these associations also allows me to network with like-minded professionals who share my passion for excellence in cleaning. I set the bar high and then aim even higher.
